Get a person, or try the assistant.
Follow the setup steps for your phone. If that is not enough, email support@zimly.co.uk or send a ticket and include your ZIM- reference. The assistant is a first try. It will say so when it cannot answer.

Pick your phone and follow the steps. The QR code is in the email from checkout.

Compatibility
Ensure your iPhone is XS, XR or later and carrier-unlocked.

Open Settings
Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).

Add eSIM
Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan".

Scan QR
Select "Use QR Code" and scan the code from your Zimly dashboard.

Activate
Follow the prompts to label your new travel line.
